    Retrain learning spells for me!!!!!

    over the last month i have been using human and alot of the time in 2's at lvl 3 i retain my AM for blizzard but when ever i buy and use retrain it only gives me 1 skill point to use and it keeps lvl 2 water elemental...Any body knows what im doing wrong or is there something else i got to do???????

    I honestly have no idea though
