Help with CD!

I have a very old burnt CD of a the game lords of magic SE. When i try to run it on my new laptop it recognizes it as a blank cd with nothing on it. When i run it on an older pc, it works fine but not on my laptop.

Any ideas?

make an image of the cd in the older pc and transfer it to the laptop

btw what OS you have on both machines? are they the same?

yes both windows xp. The old machine is very old tho.

I just tried it on another one of my pcs and it works fine as well (and its quite a bit newer).
