    Firewall?

    What kind of barrier would keep AIM and wc3 from connecting but allow the internet and firefox to work? Everything was working fine up until 2 days ago. From no tinkering of my own, every app. that connects to the internet suddenly stopped working. Does anyone have any clue? I turned off norton, windows firewall, tested wireless and wired connections. I still have no idea though.

    Edit: Nevermind. I just found out someone disabled FTP on the router.
