argg... i cant create a custom game, why?

i just installed win xp and reinstalled the game
when im creating a game, no one comes in, why is it?
im sure its not because no one wants to come because ppl allways come
i think that ppl just dont see the game or something, like its not even there

Turkish; No it don't but 9 routers out of 10 has a hardware-firewall today.
Angel: Go to 192.168.0.1 (or your standard gaytway), log in (admin, or password are default password) and open/forward port 6112. Voilá, you can host, invite and start a clan.
