1800 CET = what time est ?? (eastern standard time).
I should clearify est is a North American time zone.

CET is GMT+1. EST is GMT-5 (I think). So 1800 CET = 1700 GMT = 1200 EST.
Or you can just double-click the clock in the windows taskbar, select time-zone and set your zone to GMT+1 (Amsterdam, Berlin, ...). Don't forget to set it back to EST or things will get really confusing :)
