Timing of Runes

Does anyone know when Runes appear?
Is there any signal?

The runes spawn in random intervals throughout the game. Theres no way to time it or know when they appear unless you put observer or sentry wards at the rune spots, which is generally a good idea.

Edit: I stand corrected. Both neutral creeps and runes spawn every 2 minutes of game time. I'm not entirely sure why I figured they were random but it seems like at some point in time they were. <3 to you blaze.

Runes and creeps spawn on the same patterns, which is not random, but time based.

Creeps spawn at every minute, not 2 minutes o_o
