Im using the new photo shop cs from adobe. i just want to make a sig and a avatar

how hard is it, u make the image you want and you save it, ofcurse it takes some practice to learn all the features that adobe ps provides you, your not going to be able to make amazing sigs on your first try, if you look at the first sigs i made and compare them to the ones im making now you will go WOW you sucked dat bad?

Make a new document that is 450 x 75 pixels.
Now you have to use the tools to do the rest. Go to www.good-tutorials.com to check out tut's. There you will learn how to apply the tools that photoshop holds.
