Yeah I have the same problem on battle.net. I do a certain action expecting them to counter with the "best" action but they don't because they suck.

Look you can't ladder because of hackers, why not join Fnatic Cup Room 01 and plz try out my new map? :)

Actually with scouting one of the biggest problems I have is when I go DH but can't harass because my opponent left my vision and I can't find him. You wouldn't believe some of the crazy replays I have where I miss their hero or unit by only a few inches of screen space and end up with a level 1.9 DH by the time tier2 rolls around. :(
