Problem with an Amazon.com order and STEAM (Warhammer server thing)

I recently sold my old copy of Dawnhammer on Amazon. However, when I first got the game I registered it on STEAM(the client used to play the game) and now the other guy wants to play it and he can't because the CD Key has already been registered in STEAM.

How can I make it so the other guy can play the game?

    Please help me out here.

    Thanks

It means you can't, basically.. The CD key is attached to your steam account now.

All your other games associated to your account will be his as well.
If you give him your account though, he can still tell Amazon you didn't deliver and refute his payment.
What you have to do is send him a piece of paper where your account details are written on. He'll have to sign that he received the package and your money is safe.
