Getting started with CS

So I downloaded CS1.6 and it has been like 3 years since I played last time. What configs should i download and such, I remember WCG GUI used to be pretty popular? Are there any specific anticheat programs used nowadays?

check some progamer cfg's in the websites of fnatic, sk, mtw etc. i think you can download their cfg's

Man, I'm downloading that as well soon, watching counter strike on the WCG stream got me in the mood for cs :P

I think you should make sure you use settings used by leagues in your country - everything else is preference (I use my own settings: z/x/c = nades, h/j/k/l/b/n/m = voice commands, v = ventrilo, the rest is default).
