    sleep maintenance insomnia

    aka trouble staying asleep.

Every single god forsaken night I get up at sometime between 4-6 am and cannot go back to sleep until an hour later if not more than that.

It wouldn't be much of an issue If I didn't have a 1.5 hour drive and 9 hour shift awaiting me the next day. Ironically, I always have trouble waking up when I need to and I'm generally late because of that.

I don't drink much caffeine after noon.
    I'm not depressed.
    not over-stressed.

I are not know what I are to do about this

I have no time for excersize because im usually out of the house for more than 12 hours everyday between working and driving. and I'm fucking exhausted by the time im home that i crash straight away. So going to sleep is incredibly easy but maintaining my sleep is impossible.

So you wake up between 4-6 am and have a job. I'd love that. Even if it was 4am, shower, shave breakfast nwespaper and can nearly go to work. 6 am is a normal wakeuptime for a working person. When does your work start? Or go to bed 2 hours later to make it 6-8am..

Sleep and wake up at the same consistent time to adjust internal sleep clock. Eat carbs and milk before sleeping.

I experienced this last year when shit started getting real in the lead-up to a musical I was in.

Saying you aren't over-stressed doesn't mean you aren't mentally overstressed. Aren't you like crazy rich? See a doctor.
