paid 130€ for lumia 520 its everything i need really, dont really see the uses of more expensive phones especially when i dont stare at it every 10minutes. if you use phone for your work and manage files and whatnot you might want more expensive ones but its perfect. can probably even get it cheaper in other countries

yeah i might just wait for the 16gb nexus 5. although i found an unlocked galaxy s3 on craigslist like 5 minutes from me for $300. bet i could get it lower than that. mint condition with all accessories. seems like a really good deal, should i do it?

check out swappa - it's the internet's most trusted resource for buying used (primarily android) phones. i bought my GS4 there with a bunch of accessories < 400. if you're really fast you can find great deals like that. it's as safe/safer than craigslist.
300 seems average for an S3, but you could go lower if you're picking it up in person with cash i'd imagine
