Question about being banned on CSS

Hey, i got a banned a while back on CSS, I was curious if I bought a new copy of the game It would let me play. Me and a friend decided to get into the game and im willing to buy a new copy if it will work

If they ban your IP then no it wouldnt help but if its like wc3 and they ban your CD key then yeah you can another copy. However, I dont play counter strike so I dont know how it all works.

Make a new Steam account and buy it on the new account. It should work.

well even if they ban your ip its easy enough to change it.

IP Bans are only for specific servers, CD Key bans are for a year and you can't play on any server. Getting a new CD key will let you be able to play again, but its not worth it if you are only banned from one server and can just play on another
