Webcam help

Hey guys, so I'm chatting with this girl and she invited me to watch her webcam but apparently there is a problem as, even when it says 'connection established' on the bottom of my msn window, i can't see but the webcam loading screen on the webcam area.

I also tried to connect to a friend's webcam and I got the same problem here.
I haven't got a camera myself so I can't say if I can transfer a stream or not.

I shut my firewall down, use the latest live messenger version and don't really know what elso to try. My live messenger knowledge is pretty limited and I'm unsure wether I have to open a couple of ports in order watch webcams or not..

Hope you intarweb professionals can help me out. greets
