My logic was that I would get a faster response from others, than from staff who most likely wouldn't want to answer a simple, yet useless, question.

The staff is the ones that most likely could answer you the best and considering we usually have 2-3 online that would be a safe bet
Anyhow you're thinking about you posted a replay with X name and want to change it?
Yeah basically, it really doesnt matter, but it's a nice feature that I lost track of -.-
