V8 Vegetable Juice

I'm vegetarian...but i eat meat.... love veges though

i drink 1-2 V8's every day, but have a lot of potatoes (almost every day for dinner with some sort of meat)

my question is: does all the sodium packed in V8 cancel its healthiness? you get 690mg's of sodium with every can of V8. i know its to preserve it, but holy shit, that's a lot of salt.
