Um, you cant really count the wisps cuz of those flashy lights, but its always 9, the standard ne build order is called "The nine wisp tech". but i cant count those....so

i just keep making wisps till i get to 20-21 food, including hero and 1 archer....

yea depending on what im doing its either 8 or 9 wisps. you shouldnt be able to tech til then anyways and your second moon well shouldn't be up, keeping you at 20 food. 1 archer aow tech (for mass talons) is 8 wisps. just make sure they're protected so a bm doesnt come and eat them
